Is 14 months too early to start them shovelling snow?

Well is it time to call DOCS or what.... yep thts right , Lexie has decided that shovelling snow is FUN! We finally had some nice weather last wekend, it got up to about 10degC which just felt sooo balmy so we decided it was time to get outside and get rid of some of the accumulated snow, we started with the back deck and boy did Lexie have fun, she was a big help....

We came home from playgroup the other day and Lexie saw the snow shovel by the back door and she got very upset when I wouldn't let her play with it again... but unfortunatley she didn't have enough clothes on to be outside for that length of time.

What else, we also had some excitement last Saturday morning, we were having breakfast weh we looked out the back windows....what did we see. A family of deer wandering along in the bush down the back. They were very inquisitive, they stood there and stared at us staing at them for the longest time before moving along to the next house. Maybe they were waiting to see if we provided food.

THE other big news is we finally bought a car. Its a 2006 PT Cruiser in Cool Vanilla (why can't they just say cream) boring colour but other than that a very cool little car. I'm definitely enjoying my freedom. We've had a trip up to Natick Mall where Lexie had tonnes of fun wandering around the corridors exploring all the fountains and other features they have, Unfortunately I only found the playground when it was time to leave so I'll have to go back so we check that out later. Yesterday we took a 45 min drive to get some takeaway for dinner. Both Bill and I have been craving Laksa recently and no one over here even knows what it is, you can't buy and laksa paste anywhere - even the asian grocery stone didn't know what I was talking about... so I went on the internet and looked it up and found that there was one place near boston, in a town called Newton where they sold Laksa so yesterday I took a drive out there. It was actually a very nice drive, the towns of ewton and Wellesly that I went through and very pretty little places and so different from where we're living which I didn't expect, its not that far away.
